My first thought of calling them was a little scary. I didn’t want to file for BR but my options were limited. So I called them and explained my situation. They were asking a group of questions and could tell I didn’t want to do this. But my decision was that they listen to me and they would help me get started and explain what’s going to happen. I couldn’t ask for anything more from them but they kept me updated and they were very helpful in this situation. I owe it all to an outstanding team they have.

Marc and Ashlie handled my personal injury case of a rather embarassing nature, so I was a little surprised they took it on. They met my struggles and concerns with compassion, conducted a detailed interview on what happened and informed me of everything that needed to be done (all was done over the phone or online, I didn't need to see them in person even once). A fair warning that personal injury cases can take a while. It turned out they take up to 2-3 years to resolve, and I wish they told me that earlier, since the initial impression in the following months was that they're giving me silent treatment. Their office can be sometimes hard to reach and they were not very forthcoming with updates when I tried to check up with them every 3 months or so, but I assure you that they do know what they're doing and do get the job done. A little over a year after the injury I heard that the other party did file the insurance claim, something that they previously refused to do. And a little under two years the other party settled for a really good amount and I didn't even have to go to trial. All of that without having to go anywhere or pay anything out of pocket. I'm happy that thanks to them I can leave that chapter of my life behind me with no regrets.
